Introduction & Acceptance

By accessing the ko9 platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are formulated in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh and apply equally to all users. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. ko9 reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will endeavor to notify users in advance of any significant changes.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

To open an account on the ko9 platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. Registration or use by minors is strictly prohibited and will automatically result in account termination. You are required to provide accurate and complete identity information at the time of registration. ko9 may request documentation from you at any time for identity verification purposes. Each individual may operate only one account; opening multiple accounts is prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in all accounts and their balances being forfeited.

Account Security & Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login credentials confidential. You may not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. ko9 will not be liable for any damage caused by third-party access. Any activity carried out from your account will be attributed to you. Use a strong password and change it regularly.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All deposits and withdrawals will be processed in Bangladeshi BDT (BDT / ৳). Transactions must comply with the specified minimum and maximum limits, which are displayed separately on the platform. Withdrawal requests typically take 1–3 business days to process. The use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited. ko9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals while investigating suspicious transactions. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

Prohibited Activities

Any form of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest behavior on the platform is strictly prohibited. Automated systems or bots may not be used to gain software or strategic advantages. Using ko9 for money laundering or illegal activities is strictly forbidden. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the relevant authorities may be notified. Harassment or deceptive behavior toward other users is also not permitted. ko9 reserves the full right to investigate or terminate any account as necessary.

Limitation of Liability

The ko9 platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we accept limited liability for technical errors or connection failures. ko9 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device problems, or third-party services. Bet outcomes depend on game rules and events; ko9 does not guarantee any specific result. No compensation will be provided for missed opportunities due to the platform being temporarily unavailable for any reason. Maximum liability will at all times be determined in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to Terms & Termination

Ko9 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and the revised version will be published on this page. Users are responsible for visiting this page regularly to stay informed of any updates. If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance obtained through fraudulent means may be forfeited. Legitimate balances belonging to honest users will be returned upon closure.
